How to use Eyeshadow pencils?
1. Start with clean, moisturized eyelids: Make sure your eyelids are clean and well-hydrated before applying any makeup.
2. Choose your colors: Select the eyeshadow pencils that you want to use for your look.
3. Prep the pencil: If the pencil has a built-in sharpener, use it to sharpen the tip of the pencil for precise application.
4. Apply the eyeshadow: Use the pencil to apply the eyeshadow directly to your eyelids, starting at the inner corner and working your way out.
5. Blend: Use your fingertip or a makeup brush to blend the eyeshadow for a seamless look.
